Time schedule for various issues under the provisions of the Real Estate(R & D) Act,2016 and
AP Real Estate(R & D) Rules,2017

2 Web based online system shall be operationalised (from the date of establishment of regulatory authority). 1 year
3 Application shall be submitted by the promoters for ongoing projects, from the date of commencement i.e, 1st May 2017 3 months(31st July ,2017)
4 To issue registration certificate of a project from the date of submission 30 days
5 To issue registration certificate of a project from the date of submission 30 days
6 Redressal of compliant from the date of filing 30 days
7 Withdrawal of registration of project by Promoter 30 days
8 Redressal of grievance filed before the appellate tribunal 60days
9 Handing over of possession to the allottee by the promoter 2months
10 Timelimit to revoke the registration from the date of issue of notice not less than 30days
11 Handover of all plans,documents etc to Association (after obtaining occupancy certificate) 30days

13 After registration of project , login id is created within(for deemed project) same day
14 Intimation of change of professionals (Architect/Engineer/CA/Contractors) 7days
15 Quaterly update of progress of the work within seven days from the expiry of each quarter
16 Refund of amount by the promoter to the allottee from the day of decision by judicial officer within 45days
17 Any vacancy caused to the office of the Chairperson or any other Member shall be filled-up ( from the date on which such vacancy occurs) within 3 months
18 Intimation by promoter to the authority, when allottee withdrawn from the project. 30days
19 Rectification of the structural defects by the promoter after intimation by the allottee/Association of allottees 30days
